Favorite Character!

What is your favorite character from Avatar!

Mine is Neytiri, she is a wonderful character that is not only beautiful, but a great woman that sees the good in an outsider and help him to become part of her people and defend the people, she is also a hardcore warrior, that has the smoothest gentle, careing soul.

Neytiri of course, closely followed by AVBs Na'vi, however I just like the looks of them we don't get to see a whole of of either. I'm hoping with Avatar having to do with the Seas of Pandora and with the Eastern Sea Ikran Leader being well, near the sea, we will get to see lots of her in the next movie. You can't go wrong with Neytiri though, she's amazing.

^ I too hope to see more of the Ikran clan leader and her people. Hopefully you are right about that with the ocean focus :)

Although I will not totally disagree with Neytiri as a favorite, but mine is Jake Sully. Jake is the hero. This guy is an extraordinary man. Probably as smart as his brother Tommy, he chose to challenge himself in a different direction. He is a man who likes and looks for challenges. His playfulness shines through. Here is a guy who has had the whole world crashing down around his feet; a paraplegic veteran without much prospects, seen lying in a gutter still shouting his defiance to the world. He losses his brother and is given an opportunity to replace him on an adventure (what else was he going to do?). He is given a gift, the use of legs and a deal to provide information on the indigenous Na’vi to Quaritch to get his real legs back. But in his professional capacity, he finds something much more important to him then legs; he finds real meaning to his life. His love for Neytiri and the Na’vi makes him do astounding things to save them. He is the best character in Avatar, hands down.

I would say my second would be Jake, def. a good role model for perseverance and strength, he would be an awesome person to have as a buddy.
