Is Neytiri pregnant?

In the deleted scene 350-351 called "New Life" we see Jake touching Neytiris stomach hinting at her pregnancy. But it was a deleted scene and didn't make the movie so maybe JC isn't ready to go down thy road just yet. I personally hope to see more of the Neytiri we know before she has a child. I wouldn't mind her having on in the end of Avatar 2 or in Avatar 3, curious what you all think about it?

I would prefer if she wasn't pregnant.. but yeah.. who knows..

Me too me too...we need MOAR Neytiri as we already know her...Id say he cut the scene out for a reason...hope that reason is they dont want her pregnant just yet.

I personally don't mind if she has a child( am kind of interested in what the offspring of an Avatar, and a full blooded Na'vi would look like :)) I know what you guys are saying about now wanting Neytiri to "be a mom" One thing that I wonder though is just what the time period between the first and second movies is going to be. If it is a long period, say 12+ years I def. wouldn't mind it since she wouldn't be carering for a "baby" during the movie and she would have had way more than enough time to be back to her sleak warrior, beautiful self:)

I don't know what the time period will be, since JC said he's doing a story arc as opposed to picking back up with the story on the day after the RDA
was sent home it could be any length of time though I'd imagine its not too long in the future.

Yea it might not be that long as I had stated ( I would say that is the "longer possibility, this is assuming that the RDA waits until the ISV that left returns to earth and then sends people back, I know there is supposed to be( I think other ships in rotation so it could be shorter than that.)

I didnt mean to come across as you were wrong with the 12+ years, it could be any amount of time, Jake and Ney could be old in Avatar 2, hahaha not going to happen Im sure but sadly we dont know yet.

It will be cool to see what happens when the next RDA ship does arrive.

^ Thats cool, its all just speculation :) Yes I do wonder what is "told" to the other ships and what there orders are once they get there, i.e. to turn back or to loiter or something.

i would prefer not to see a child or children until the skypeople threat is permenantly eliminated and a new Hometree is found and settled in. i think the family phase should be at the close of the trilogy, as i dearly love 'happily-ever-after' finishes to comics, books, and films or film series, that touch my heart.

I too hope they will have a content happy ending with the series :) honestly JC is so good at what he does I know I will be happy with either scenario :)

I feel the same way. I would be interested in seeing a little Na'vi coming to life, but rather at the end of the story.

Jake and Neytiri's story is only just beginning, there are so many more things we would want to see and JC could show.

Like Wind mentioned, Im glad JC is good at what he does, and I think (hope) most all of us will be happy with where he takes the story.

Heck yeah Mi'niri there is a ton more we want to see, dont let JC spoil it with a child yet! lol

I will say this, if and when they do have a child/children, those kids will have awesome parents!
