What's your favorite workout?

This is a thread to post your favorite ways to workout.

I have been trying to so some weight training, but my favorite work out would be a good jog, it just feels good to get the heart rate up for a while.

Probably my favorite would be a nice afternoon of basketball with my friends, or even football.

^ That sounds fun man, I never played sports much, I wish I did get in to it more, it is fun playing basketball eventhough I aint very good lol.

I much prefer playing sports as compared to the traditional jog or anything like that because you can get the exercise while having fun at the same time. :)

Like this last Saturday my brother, sister-in-law, a friend of ours, and me played a little two on two ultimate frisbee. Which was freaking awesome. We always try to play something on Saturdays whether it be soccer, basketball, kickball, and now ultimate frisbee. I also love a nice bike ride. :)

^ sounds fun man, playing something with tsmukan is always funner than doing it alone, maybe in the future I will get better at sports( find some people to play with that won't mind me being a novice:))

Yeah man the four of us are in no way professionals or extremely in shape. But we have a hell of a time and that's all that matters. :D

I'm hoping next weekend my younger brothers can come play with us that way it would at least be 3 on 3.

That sounds like lots of fun man, yea I have a brother, but he is not really the sports type, I really don't have a huge social life but it would be great to hang out and play a sport with some people, been a long time for me.

Basketball is sick! :) I'm not very good at it but I like playing, it's rough and cool ^_^

^ Yes man, I haven't really played since I was in high school, I would like to play again sometime, maybe oneday all of us Avatar tsmukan will be able to get together and play a game, it's a fun thought anyway, we could even have team names, the Ikran's vs. the Palulukan's ? :)

Zombie Apocolypse. In order to survive, I cross-train. A lot. Rule #1: Cardio! Rule #18: Limber up! Rule #20: It’s a marathon, not a sprint, unless it’s a sprint, then sprint. Train to survive. And finally, Rule #32: Enjoy the little things!

I have started doin something a little different,I have been leaning forward against the arm of the couch, with my armes extended( basically a stance like I am going to try to "push the couch forward") and then move my feet back and fourth counting to 200, stoping, doing it again until I hit 3000 and then doing a few more if I feel like it. It makes me sweat and while it is not quite running it is pretty good, I just hope I don't wear the carpet out.

sounds like a good workout, and nice you can just do it right there inside at your own home.

^ Yea I've been trying to find something that I can do in the house so I can keep up on it, and just jogging in place wasn't doing it for me so I like this so far.
