Hi Ja'k.  Porthos here.  I too find myself as a refugee.  Went away on business for several weeks and find the doors locked when I gleefully returned.  It is sad, very sad only.     What's up?

Sitting on break at work, I work this weekend and then will have Monday off. Had some great convos yesterday with some of my tsmukans and tsmukes. Glad that even with AF down most of us can connect on either another forum or social media.

Hey ASOB Tired a lot today working in my friends garage,I am helping him with restorating his father's '64 Jawa 250 motorcycle.A great classic!But needs a lot of time to work on it 

One more work day tonight, then off for the next couple days, a long week it has been :ntongue:

I am eating some Chinese food, start my Na'vi lessons today!

I slept in, then worked out some, might go for a jog later, goodluck with the lessons ma tsmukan!!

Yea work is being about as much of a pain as it can be before my break, going to be a long weekend  but if I can just make it through then next week will be much better.

i have finally returned to my house in Virginia, after 8 months on a road job in Florida, and was hoping to get home in time to see some Saturday night fireworks, but no too late, too much rain, weather is totally yuck. i can't get my cat til Tuesday, car doesn't start, and my internet Hometree, AF, has been destroyed by corporate greed. ugh. :/

i don't care what side of the police brutality/protest issue you fall on, this is still an awesome picture of a peaceful protester exercising their right against the gov't. you don't have to agree or approve of people's views, actions, beliefs, dress, religion, etc etc etc, it's your damn right to believe whatever you want, or i didn't wake up in America today. this picture kinda reminds me of those Chinese college students standing in front of tanks in Tiannamen Square in 1989...right before they got crushed by the still-oppressive red chinese communist regime.

we need the Mockingjay.

i start a new job tomorrow. ugh.

i have to move again by September 30th when the lease is up, because they increased the rent and the place has declined noticebly in quality of life. *sighs*

i have tax problems because of two years of travel, and multiple employers. ugh.

i lost my long time internet home, AF. we lost our home.

i've decided not to vote this year, as a protest against both parties and their doing NOTHING about our ever-increasing national debt of 25 TRILLION DOLLARS AND COUNTING!!!

I hope your new job is better than the last ma Ja'k, I know you have been put through alot man. Sorry to hear that you have to move again, are you staying in the same area, or moving to a new city? I wish you the best ma tsmuk, and we are always pulling for you ma tsmuk. 
As for the "election" this year, my plan has been and still is to write in Jake Sully for POTUS. Its going to be a train wreck so I might as well have a little "fun" with it since they turned the whole process into a joke. 
How's the warp drive coming?;), Pandora looks better and better everyday.

i have found a new presidential candidate to vote after, and abstaining from watching any of that republitard convention mess. i saw an interview with Jennifer Lawrence's little dog, Pippi. oh yeah, that doggy gets my vote...and JLAW's autograph.

Didnt sleep well last night, had to go to a "mandatory meeting at work, at 9 am, (I was the only one who showed up on time, and then only about a third of the night crew even showed at all, hrh) So now I am grogy and getting ready to go in to work for my shift. :p At least the A/C at work is working enough to where it is somewhat bearable.

It is amazing that there are still rather active places where parts of the Avatar community still can meet :D Hi all :D

Nothing will ever replace our AF but sadly we have to keep moving forward.

I severly miss AF, but we will make it to the otherside and our journey will continue, one day we will be in the theater watching the sequels, and the issues that we have had to deal with will be replaced by joy of being to back on Pandora. :)
