Well that batch is already gone... but we still have more boxes of mix to make more :) I love it when they are a little soft in the middle. :D

These are normal, not too hard, but I know what you mean *lol* There's also like 'spongy' ones but they're hard to find here.

Ginger bread is good :), I remember one time though( this was years ago) my Grandmother thought she could fix a sweetpotato pie and call it a pumpkin pie... it was so bitter:/,lol.

hahaha my gma does the same thing!!!!! hers tasts okay but the texture is different and I don't like it lol :suspect:
