The Sky!

Got up about an hour a go, had to clear a path to the truck for my parents. The snow is about to wind down now, but the wind, wow thw wind is still blowing and when I go up this morning it was a near white out! Pics soon!

No they are going to show the winner tonight, 78 people picked that day and I picked 8:08 pm, and the first inch occured at 5:42 am, but still to get the date right from a month ago was fun :)

Yea we got about 6 inches or so but it drifted alot!

Irayo, yea I picked it over a month ago, so I am ecstatic :D I will never be lucky enough to do that again :) We will melt some tomorrow, with temps in the 40's but what ever makes it through tomorrow will be around for Christmas as it will cool down again Sunday :)

According the the forecast this morning it says 100% chance of snow tomorrow, lol crazy!

^ yea man looks like a big storm down south, I know youre not much for the cold and snow but if it is going to snow I guess it might as well be on Christmas :), stay safe though if you have to travel. One thing that I think is kind of cool is that the storm will hit areas in TX/ Oklahoma and Arkansas on Chritmas so there will be millions of kids that will get a white Chrismtas that would usually not get one.

Right now it is cold here, only about 21F or so, and we have a few flurries from time to time along with a bit of sun, wind chills for tomorrow are supposed to be near 0F all day brrrrrrrrr.

the snow is going bye, bye as winter is taking a break, now 54 at my house! with a decent south breeze. going to be mild this week( may even get close to 60 on Friday before the cold air comes sloshing back at us.

Some places down there are getting up to near 120F! ouch!

In the fifties today with a nice south hufwe rattling the windows :D, had some drizzle and very light rain on and off yesterday and then last night we had some real thick fog, maybe some pics in the near future :)

having lot of sun the past several days around here. Not bad today in the forties with no wind and full sun.

We've had Rain and Rain and Rain, and honestly the craziest Hail storm ever! So much hail feel the ground was white for a few minutes =)

it's was decently warm here too, only snow and ice left are where the sun doesn't really shine.

Finally a Lovely day! Just woke up and it's Sunny and clear, a bit windy and Very Cold =)

@Omaticaya, wow I bet that hail was pretty loud! We to will get hailstorms that will cover the ground from time to time( usually for us we get hail in the warm season so it looks wierd with all the trees being green and the ground being white.

@Wameyn yea we are having some nice clear weather, ( although honestly up here we are still stuggling with moisture) We are already above freezing this morning, we may get close to 60 today/tomorrow!

Yeah man it was Loud! I stood there with my window open for about 5 minutes it lasted, and just watched these chunks of ice bouncing off the tree branches, and landing on my window 'shelf' or how you call that piece of stone. Was Great =) Then suddenly it magically turns to rain again, the ice melts in a flash and the sound is softer again. =)

sounds like a fun thunderstorm :D, just as long as it wasn't to big, I hav seen golf ball sized hail once back in March of 05' and it dented the cars pretty good, thankfully it didn't break the windsheilds.

Today we did get to near 60F! but for awhile the hufwe was really strong, even saw a small branch down on my way to work.

Today we officially hit 63F!... now we are back down to 30F, and by Monday we will barely make it above 20F, lol up and down like a wild Ikran ride :)

^ nice pics man :) I know what you mean about seeing something neat in the sky that the camera can only do so much to show. I have some pics of some rain and fog from about two weeks ago that I need to get downloaded.

As a matter of fact its raining right now, we can still use all we can get, but this will still likely be under a quarter inch, I think you guys down in southern Missouri may get over 70 degrees on Monday!

I guess I expect too much from a camera on a phone! haha Look forward to your pics sir.

Thats okay, the camera that I use probably should be in a museum, lol. You guys are in for some really warm weather over the next few days. We are getting warm too, but we may "only" get to 60 or so where as just south of KC they are calling for upper 70's!

wow, we hit 73F today (22.78)C! Unbelieveable probably a record high for the day! I even seen a couple of bees flying around today while I was outside with a buddy of mine helping him put up part of a fence, amazing weather for sure, out rocking the t-shirt and shorts :D.

Still 67.8 degrees at my house at almost 8:30 at night in January.
